Tracy Neary serves as the Regional Vice President for Mission Integration in the Montana/Wyoming Market of Intermountain Health, supporting the work of clinical, social, and organizational ethics, spiritual care, formation, and church relations for hospitals in Billings, Butte, and Miles City.

Originally from Richey, Montana, she earned her undergraduate degree in organizational communication and her M.S. in Public Relations while also serving as an adjunct faculty member at Montana State University, Billings.

Her communication background was a foundational asset for working in various coalition and committee settings, most notably, the Alliance and Healthy by Design. Tracy is a Leadership Billings graduate and 40 Under 40 Award winner. She has been recognized as Volunteer of the Year by both LaVie and Special Olympics Montana. At a national level, Tracy has served as chair of the Catholic Health Association’s (CHA) Community Benefit Committee, presenting at various national conferences and being recognized with a Tomorrow’s Leader Award at CHA’s National Assembly. Tracy continues to serve on the editorial committee for Health Progress, the magazine of the Catholic Health Association.

Tracy previously served on the board of directors for the Community Crisis Center in Billings, currently serves on the Billings Chamber of Commerce Board, and for Missions United, a senior living community in Billings. She is active in the Substance Abuse Connect Coalition, working to build and strengthen components of the crisis now model in her home community.

A lifelong learner, Tracy enjoys a variety of pursuits, but she most enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, exploring new paths in Montana’s great outdoors.
